At any time within 30 days of the invoice date, you may return the product for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling costs. Please note that digital and sale items are not eligible for refund.

Just follow these three easy steps to return a purchase:

• Obtain return authorization by calling 805-962-8087, fax 805-962-5087 or email Books@specialneedsproject.com.
• Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or damaged.
• Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by trackable means such as UPS or FedEx. Send your postpaid return to:

Defective Products

Items that are defective may be returned for replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days (15 days for DVD's) of the invoice date. To report a defective item to our Customer Service Department, call 805-962-8087, fax 805-962-5087, or email us. We  require that the item be returned at our expense.
